Murad Ali Shah has directed provincial ministers, advisers, and special assistants to directly hear public complaints, aiming to improve governance and ensure prompt resolution of citizens’ issues.
Following these instructions, the Chief Minister’s Secretariat has issued a formal schedule for officials to remain present at the Public Complaint Cell in Karachi. The initiative is designed to provide citizens with direct access to decision-makers.
As part of this schedule, Murtaza Wahab will personally hear public complaints on Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Citizens are encouraged to visit the complaint cell during the designated hours to register their concerns.
Officials said the move reflects the provincial government’s commitment to transparency and public engagement, allowing people to communicate their grievances without intermediaries. Authorities have also urged citizens to make use of the facility and ensure proper documentation when lodging complaints.
The complaint cell will operate according to the announced timetable, with different officials assigned on specific days to address public issues efficiently.
