Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, Allama Tahir Ashrafi, has announced that Friday sermons across the country will be centered on the theme of Pakistan’s determination to strengthen its national position. He made these remarks while speaking to a local news channel.
Allama Tahir Ashrafi stated that brotherly Islamic nations have urged the Afghan leadership not to become tools in the hands of Pakistan’s enemies.
He emphasized that the enemy is unable to compete with the Pakistani armed forces on the battlefield, which is why it is resorting to instigating terrorism within the country.
Ashrafi further noted that while the Taliban failed to take meaningful action against terrorists operating from Afghan soil, Pakistan has now made a firm decision to take matters into its own hands.
He made it clear that Pakistan will no longer allow innocent blood to be shed on its soil and is fully committed to eliminating the threat of terrorism.
The decision to dedicate Friday sermons to this theme reflects the Ulema Council’s support for the state’s counter-terrorism stance and signals a unified religious and national front against those seeking to destabilize the country through violence and extremism.
