A 60-year-old herbal practitioner, Hakeem Babar, owner of Al Noor Dawakhana in Rawalpindi, has married a young woman, with footage from the ceremony quickly gaining traction on social media.
According to details circulating online, Hakeem Babar is a well-known local practitioner. In a video shared widely, he can be seen placing floral garlands around his bride’s neck. The bride appears cheerful and composed in the images and clips from the event.
Commenting on his marriage, Hakeem Babar said that sincerity of intention and the lawful nature of the relationship were more important than any age difference.
He added that the story began with an expression of affection, followed by a respectful proposal, and ultimately concluded with the formal Islamic marriage ceremony.
