Gold prices in Pakistan maintained their strong position on Saturday, following a significant rally during the Friday session.
The precious metal continues to trade at historic levels, bolstered by a bullish international market where gold has crossed the $5,000 per ounce threshold.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, led by President Muhammad Qasim Shikarpuri, the local market rates remain settled at the highs reached yesterday, as bullion markets typically see steady pricing over the weekend.

Silver prices also saw a sharp uptick, with the rate per tola rising to Rs 8,574, while 10 grams of silver reached Rs 7,350
It should be noted that the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) releases official gold rates at around 1 PM from Monday to Saturday.
