The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council has approved key development projects worth over 117 billion rupees.
The approval was granted at a meeting of the ECNEC, which met in Islamabad today with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in the chair.
Approvals included extension of the ‘Sehat Sahulat Program’ up to 30 July this year, along with major initiatives in energy, infrastructure and transportation to promote socio-economic development and improve service delivery.

Ishaq Dar directed relevant ministries to ensure proper planning, implementation and sustainability of these initiatives.
