The police department has announced that cases will be registered against anyone found violating the law during the festivities. Key highlights of the police message include:
Individuals involved in aerial firing or displaying weapons will face immediate arrest and legal proceedings.
Citizens are urged to report any incidents of aerial firing by calling the 15 Emergency helpline.
The spokesperson emphasized that celebratory gunfire is a crime that can turn a moment of joy into a tragedy.

In a sobering reminder to the public, the Korangi Police spokesperson stated:
“A bullet fired from your gun can take someone’s life. Do not let your celebration become someone else’s mourning.”
