Court rejects NCCIA additional director’s bail in Ducky Bhai bribery case

Lahore: The bail application of former NCCIA additioanl director Sarfraz Chaudhry has been rejected in YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, also known as “Ducky Bhai,” bribery case.

The request for bail of former Additional Director Sarfraz Chaudhry was dismissed, while the court approved bail for Deputy Directors War and Usman.

The hearing was conducted by Judge Naveed Ahmed of the FIA Special Central Court.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered a case against the accused for allegedly accepting bribes.
