Pakistan’s javelin throw star Arshad Nadeem has won a gold medal at the ongoing Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
According to reports, Olympic gold medallist Arshad Nadeem has claimed yet another gold medal. At the Islamic Solidarity Games, Olympian Arshad Nadeem secured the top position with a throw of 83.05 meters, while Pakistan’s Yasir Sultan managed to win the bronze medal.
Arshad Nadeem crossed 75.44 meters on his first attempt. In his second attempt, he delivered his longest throw of 83.05 meters, securing the competition.
In the third attempt, the Olympian threw 82.48 meters. He was unable to deliver a long throw in the fourth attempt, and his fifth attempt was not counted due to a foul.
It is worth mentioning that Arshad Nadeem has previously won medals at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, and World Athletics Championships as well.
