The confessional statement of an Afghan foreign terrorist Suture, who planned the target killing of a religious scholar has surfaced, as reported by national media on Wednesday.
The confessional statement of Afghan foreign terrorist Suture Khogyani appeared on social media, in which he revealed that he is a resident of Nangarhar.
The terrorist Suture completed his intermediate education from Government College Hazrat Khan, Nangarhar.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) from Ghazni University and was also associated with teaching at Abdullah Ibn Zubair Seminary in Kabul.
Suture worked in medicine delivery in Nangarhar, where a person named Asim invited him to join Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Asim introduced him to TTP commander Qari Muhammad in Kabul.
Suture pledged allegiance to TTP commander Qari Muhammad.

Suture came to Peshawar for medical treatment. After the treatment, commander Qari Muhammad instructed him to take admission in a madrassa in Peshawar and ordered him to plan attacks on law enforcement agencies and target killings.
From Kabul, commander Qari Muhammad ordered him to target a religious scholar. He was planning the target killing when he was arrested.
