In Pakistan’s local market on Monday, the price of one tola of 24-karat gold reached Rs 433,661, and these rates will remain valid until 3 PM today. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association will issue new rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola is Rs 433,661, while the price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams stands at Rs 371,795, and 22-karat gold per 10 grams is available at Rs 340,824.
In Pakistan, the price of 24-karat silver per tola is Rs 5,124, while the price per 10 grams of silver stands at Rs 4,393.
A significant increase in gold prices has also been observed in the global market, where the price per ounce rose by 18 dollars to reach 4,113 dollars.
According to economic experts, due to global economic uncertainty and fluctuations in currencies, investors’ interest has once again shifted toward precious metals.
Analysts say that the rise in the value of the US dollar and unclear policies regarding interest rates have forced investors to look for safe investment opportunities, which has led to an increase in global demand for gold.
