Gold prices continued to decline in both the local and international markets on Thursday.
As per the data shared by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Associations, the price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs 3500 per tola to Rs 433,862 in the Pakistani market.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold declined by Rs 3001 to Rs 371,966, and the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs 2751 to Rs 340,981.
On the global front, the price of the yellow metal declined by $35 per ounce to $4115.
Silver prices remained unchanged both in the local and international markets. In Pakistan the price of 24-karat silver is Rs 5110 per tola and Rs 4381 per 10 grams.
In the global market the silver price remained unchanged at $49.26 per ounce. Earlier, on Wednesday, gold prices witnessed a massive decrease of over 7,500 per tola in Pakistan.
