Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz distributed flood cards among flood victims in Okara. Relief cheques were also distributed among the affected people.
According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz arrived in Depalpur today to distribute cheques to assist the flood victims. On this occasion, Punjab Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb also accompanied Maryam Nawaz.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz distributed relief cheques and flood cards among the flood victims. On the occasion, the Chief Minister also ensured that the problems of the flood victims are being addressed through the government framework.
On the occasion of cheque distribution, the Chief Minister of Punjab met and spoke with the flood victims and also listened to their problems. The Chief Minister also inspected the counter booth set up for the victims.
It is worth mentioning here that this year, due to floods, large-scale destruction and loss of life and property occurred in Punjab as well as in various provinces of the country. The government is taking measures to compensate for the losses of the flood victims.
