Gold prices continued to surge on Thursday, both in the local and international markets.

As per the data shared by the All Pakistan Sarafa Jems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24 karat gold surged by Rs 1900 per tola to Rs 442800 in the Pakistani market.

Similarly, the price of 10grams of 24 karat gold increased by Rs 1629 to Rs 379629, while the price of 10grams of 22 karat gold surged by Rs 1493 to Rs 348005.
On the global front, the price of the yellow metal also continued to reach a new all-time high of $4217 per ounce after an increase of $19.
Silver prices remained stable both in the local and international markets, the association’s data showed.
