ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a further increase of up to 2% in the prices of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for October.
A notification to this effect has been issued by the regulator.
According to the notification, the price of LNG on the Sui Northern and Sui Southern systems has been raised by $0.22 per MMBtu.

Following the adjustment, the new LNG price for Sui Northern stands at $12.23 per MMBtu, while for Sui Southern, it has been set at $11.23 per MMBtu.
Earlier, OGRA had increased LNG prices by up to 2.63% for September, and the latest revision for October marks another hike amid fluctuating global energy costs.
