According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz addressed a ceremony held in honor of the Saudi Business Council delegation. During her meeting with the Saudi delegation, the Chief Minister said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share a relationship of mutual unity and brotherhood.
While addressing the ceremony, the Chief Minister said that the defense agreement between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan was highly appreciated by the people of Pakistan. The visit of the Saudi delegation is a matter of good fortune for Punjab. The Punjab government is working on modern lines.
Maryam Nawaz stated that Pakistan will take its relations with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to a new level. She said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia was of great significance, and that both countries have always stood by each other in difficult times.
She stated that upholding the sanctity of Makkah and Madinah is an honor. She added, “I spent several years in Jeddah during my exile, and I can say that I know Jeddah as well as I know Lahore. The brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are exemplary for the entire Muslim world.”
