Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has announced an increase of Rs15,000 in the salaries of Civil Defence employees. This was stated by Provincial Information Minister Azma Bukhari while talking to the media on Monday.
According to details, during her press conference, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari said that during the monsoon season, the province received more than usual rainfall, and Punjab was mocked during the floods.
During the press conference, the Provincial Information Minister said that Punjab has always fulfilled its duty as the elder brother. Due to the floods, 4.7 million people have been affected in the province. The good works of the provincial government cause discomfort to some people.
The Punjab Information Minister said that those who cannot do anything in difficult times only talk. Under the Apna Ghar Apni Chhat scheme, we have built 90,000 houses. The Chief Minister did not expect that Punjab would be treated in this way.
