In Pakistan’s historic city of Multan, Shaukat Beggar, who collected 7.1 million by begging in English, has been killed in a traffic accident. A video of Shaukat Beggar is going viral on social media.
According to details, Shaukat Beggar, who was injured in the traffic accident, was taken to the hospital for treatment; however, he could not survive. He used to beg for only 1 rupee.
Shaukat Beggar, who gained fame on social media, said in one of his videos that he lives in the Shah Jamal area, that the world is his fan, and that his work is continuously begging.
In the video, Shaukat Beggar stated: “I earn 1,000 rupees daily by begging in Multan. I earn 30,000 rupees in 30 days. People ask me why I beg only for 1 rupee.”
“I don’t need petrol, diesel, or CNG. I know that people will not have change of 1 rupee, so they give me 5 or 10 rupees. In one day, 1,000 rupees are deposited in my account,” he added.
He said, “In my account, 7.12 million rupees have been deposited.” At the end of the video, he also prayed for a well-known personality.
According to a report, Shaukat Beggar always used to show the bank receipts of the money collected on social media. He was also summoned by the FBR several times through notices.
