The Sindh Government has launched the Sindh Free Electric Pink Scooty Scheme 2025, a landmark initiative aimed at empowering women by offering safe, reliable, and eco-friendly transport. This program provides free electric scooters to eligible female students and working women across Sindh.

Through this scheme, women can apply online before the announced deadline and, if selected, receive a free electric scooty along with training and licensing support. Below is a complete breakdown of eligibility, benefits, required documents, and the application process.

What is the Sindh Free Electric Pink Scooty Scheme 2025?

Introduced under the leadership of Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the scheme distributes free electric scooters to qualified applicants. The core objective is to improve women’s mobility, safety, and independence while also promoting sustainable green transport in cities like Karachi. A special quota is reserved for minority communities, ensuring inclusivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria Details
Age 20 – 45 years
Residence Must be a resident of Sindh
Driving Licence Valid licence required; 60-day grace period for new learners
Quota 20% reserved for minority communities
Intended Use For education, employment, or household needs (personal use only)

Tip: If you don’t have a licence yet, apply for a learner’s permit immediately to utilize the 60-day grace period.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

  1. Check Eligibility – Verify your age, residence, and intended-use conditions.

  2. Gather Documents – CNIC, photo, proof of residence, proof of study/work, and driving licence (or learner’s application).

  3. Online Registration – When the portal opens, search “Sindh Free Electric Pink Scooty Scheme 2025 registration,” fill out the form, and upload documents.

  4. Submit & Track – Save your application number and keep copies of all uploaded files.

  5. Screening & Shortlisting – Authorities review applications; shortlisted candidates receive guidance for training/licensing.

  6. Final Allotment – Successful applicants are notified for delivery after completing requirements.

Important: Keep track of the official announcement regarding the last date. Apply early to avoid missing out.

  • CNIC (front & back)

  • Recent passport-size photograph

  • Proof of Sindh residence (domicile or utility bill)

  • Driving licence / learner’s permit (within 60 days if new)

Training & Licensing Support

With the assistance of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), selected women will receive:

  • Practical riding training in urban and semi-urban areas

  • Help in obtaining learner’s or permanent licence

  • Fee support (as officially announced) for deserving applicants

Rules You Must Follow

  • Non-transferable – Scooters cannot be sold or transferred.

  • Personal use only – Restricted to study, work, and household needs.

  • Strict compliance – Any misuse can result in cancellation of allotment.
