In the local market, per tola silver rose by Rs. 23 to Rs. 4,338, while 10 grams of silver increased by Rs. 20, recorded at Rs. 3,715.
Analysts say the upward movement in international bullion prices is being driven by factors such as fluctuations in the US dollar, changes in economic policies by government, and ongoing geopolitical tensions. These elements have collectively boosted demand for gold, which is often seen as a secure investment during volatile times.
Market experts further note that the consistent rally in global gold prices has a direct impact on local markets, as domestic rates are closely aligned with international trends.
