In Narowal district, floodwater has submerged the whole area of Kartarpur, causing water to enter houses and fields.
Meanwhile, the relocation of people living along riverbanks to safe places is ongoing, and authorities have issued a red alert, instructing people to stay away from the riverbanks.
In Nankana Sahib district, at Head Balloki on the Ravi River, the water level is continuously rising. Due to the increase in river flow, several villages have been submerged and crops have been damaged.
