Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal) is set to fall on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Pakistan, as the crescent of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1447 Hijri was not sighted.
The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, which met in Islamabad today (Sunday), confirmed that the next Islamic month will begin on August 26.
It should be noted that Muslims around the world celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which falls on the 12th day of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

The session was chaired by Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad. Meanwhile, zonal and district moon-sighting committees also held meetings at their respective headquarters.
