The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court has approved an 8-day physical remand of Shahraiz, the son of PTI founder Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan, in the case of the May 9, 2023 attack on Jinnah House.
Lahore police presented the accused, Shahraiz Khan, in the Anti-Terrorism Court yesterday after arresting him from Zaman Park and requested a one-month physical remand. The accused’s lawyer, Salman Akram Raja, opposed the request for physical remand, after which the court had reserved its decision.

Subsequently, the Anti-Terrorism Court rejected the police’s request for a one-month remand and approved an 8-day physical remand of Shahraiz Khan.
It is noteworthy that Aleema Khan had alleged yesterday that four armed men had kidnapped her son, Shahraiz. Later, police confirmed the arrest of Aleema Khan’s son Shahraiz, stating that he was arrested in connection with the May 9, 2023 cases.
