During the hearing of the GHQ attack case at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, the testimonies of three witnesses were recorded.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the special court at Adiala Jail conducted the hearing of the GHQ attack case. During the proceedings, the founder of PTI, Usman Dar, Sadaqat Abbasi, and several other accused were present in the courtroom.
During the hearing, the statements of Constable Zafar Qayyum, RA Bazaar Police Station’s record keeper Muhammad Munshi, and record keeper Imran were recorded. The partial testimony of the investigating officer of the case, Sub-Inspector Muhammad Riaz, was also recorded.
The case evidence was also presented in the courtroom during the hearing. The court issued summons notices and ordered that further witness testimonies be recorded at the next hearing.
Subsequently, the hearing of the GHQ attack case was adjourned until June 5. It is worth mentioning that a total of 31 witness statements have been recorded so far in the GHQ attack case.
