Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has reached a major social media milestone, surpassing 10 million followers on Instagram. This achievement cements his position as the most followed politician in Pakistan on the photo and video sharing platform.
Khan, who has shared over 15,600 posts on Instagram, maintains a dominant presence across all major social media platforms. He currently has more than 11.7 million followers on TikTok, over 15 million on Facebook, and an impressive 21.1 million followers on X (formerly Twitter), making him the most followed political figure in the country across the digital landscape.
Imran Khan’s widespread social media reach continues to play a significant role in his political influence, especially among the country’s youth and online communities.
In comparison, the second most followed Pakistani politician on Instagram is Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Faruqi, followed by PTI’s Zartaj Gul Wazir in third place.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz holds the fourth spot with 816,000 followers, while Sheikh Rasheed and Jahangir Khan Tareen follow with 534,000 and 517,000 followers respectively.
