In a distressing event, an ambulance belonging to the Edhi Foundation was reported stolen from the General Hospital in Lahore.
As per details the Edhi Foundation lodged a complaint with the Kot Lakhpat police station, detailing the circumstances surrounding the theft.
Atiq, the in-charge of Edhi General Hospital, submitted the complaint, prompting the police to initiate an investigation into the ambulance theft.
In the First Information Report (FIR), the complainant indicated that the vehicle was parked in the designated lot, and that the keys had been entrusted to Arsalan, a clerk.
Police sources have stated that while the CCTV footage from the Safe City cameras is currently unavailable, footage from the General Hospital has been successfully retrieved.
Authorities are actively investigating the matter to ascertain the identity of the individual responsible for the theft.
