India’s Neeraj Chopra, who secured a silver medal in the javelin throw at the Paris Olympics, shared his thoughts on Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem’s historic gold medal win in the competition.
Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem claimed the gold medal at the Paris Olympics with a record-breaking throw of 92.97 meters, while Neeraj Chopra achieved a personal best of 89.45 meters to earn the silver medal.
“We all feel happy whenever we win a medal for the country. Now it’s time to focus on improving our game. We will sit, discuss, and work on enhancing our performance. India performed well at the Paris Olympics, and the competition was intense. Aaj Arshad ka din tha (today was Arshad’s day),” Neeraj Chopra commented while addressing the media.
