Adnan Siddiqui has publically issued an apology after comparing women to houseflies.
Siddiqui has been facing a lot of backlash for the comments he made against women, where he compared women to flies.
It happened when he was invited as a guest on Nida Yasir’s Shan e Suhoor and made a weird comment that made the host uncomfortable a bit as well. Adnan Siddiqui said that he does not want women to be offended by his comment but women are like houseflies.
“If you go after them, they will keep flying away and once you sit still and do not care for them, they will come sit on you,” he said.
This offended many social media users and after many hateful comments, Siddiqui apologized through his social media handle. In a story that he posted on Instagram, the actor wrote: “I’d like to address the recent comments I made, which were intended to be humourous and not to cause offense. According to him, his word may have been misconstrued and he regrets any unintended offense.
