Actress Pamela Anderson is serving another refreshing no-makeup look at the 2023 Fashion Awards in London.
She has attended multiple shows during this fall’s Paris Fashion Week without any makeup on and with her hair minimally styled. This move has garnered a lot of praise from fans and to see someone clearly so comfortable in her own skin.
Though she never swore off makeup, it looks like this is a look Anderson’s going to be making her signature, as she just turned up at another fashion event barefaced.
She accentuated the clean, minimal look with an all-white outfit of a cotton t-shirt tucked into pants, and a soft cream coat worn over her shoulders, the fashion way.
“Something just kind of came over me and I was dressing in these beautiful clothes and I thought, ‘I don’t want to compete with the clothes,'” Pamela Anderson said of her original experiment going makeup-free in October, per People. “I’m not trying to be the prettiest girl in the room. I feel like it’s just freedom. It’s a release.”
She added that she was the “happiest I’ve ever been in my own skin,” and that “beauty comes from within.” She also revealed that after the death of her longtime makeup artist and friend in 2019, glamming up just wasn’t as fun anymore.
