MUMBAI: Cyclone Biporjoy intensified into an extremely severe cyclonic storm and has made landfall in India including Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Goa.
According to Indian media, strong winds are blowing in the state of Gujarat due to the Biporjoy cyclone and waves are high in the sea, while heavy rains are expected in the districts of Gujarat under the influence of Beparjoy from June 13 to 15.
According to Indian media, winds of 150 kilometers per hour are likely to blow in the districts of Gujarat from June 13 to 15. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for Kutch and Saurashtra.

Several flights have been canceled and runways closed in Mumbai due to the storm-driven winds and a yellow alert has been issued in the city.
Apart from this, the meteorological department has instructed the fishermen not to go to the sea from June 12 to 15.
