Instagram model and a vivid PTI supporter Sanam Javed Khan, who was arrested in Lahore in connection with the violent protests, has been the talk of the town lately.
It should be noted that violent clashes broke out across Pakistan after the former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan was arrested at the Islamabad High Court (IHC). The protests were held in remote and major cities as the party workers are agitated due to their chairman’s arrest, with Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad summoning the armed forces to ensure law and order.
Subsequently, the government arrested thousands of PTI workers and their family members. One of them was Sanam Javed, a vivid PTI supporter who has 76.5k followers on Instagram.
A video clip has surfaced online around 3 weeks ago showing the model being taken to a prison van. She has been kept in prison since then and allegedly tortured by the authorities.
