Year 2021’s ‘Parizaad’ became a major hit drama serial of the year.
The drama received praise not even in Pakistan but also across the border i.e. Indian as well. Ahmed Ali Akbar’s perfect portrayal of the main lead character Parizaad who was an average-looking guy with a dark complexion became a timeless hit.
Now, the makers of the drama have recently announced that the drama will be aired in Arabic soon on Hum TV’s special channel/social media platform Hum Arabia.

The name of Parizaad drama’s Arabic version is ‘Qareeban’ which means ‘This Way’. The teaser of the drama has been shared by Ahmed Ali Akbar in a collaboration post with Hum TV Arabia.

‘Parizaad’ is a Pakistani television series written by Hashim Nadeem, based on his novel of the same name, directed by Shahzad Kashmiri and produced by Momina Duraid Productions.
It first aired on Hum Television on 20 July 2021. The series stars Ahmed Ali Akbar in the titular role alongside Yumna Zaidi, Ushna Shah, Saboor Aly, Urwa Hocane, Nauman Ijaz, and Mashal Khan in prominent roles.
The last episode was aired in cinemas on 28 January 2022 and on television, on 1 February 2022. According to some reports, a second season is in development.
