Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Veeram, which has been remade in Telugu as Katamarayudu (2017) and as Odeya (2019) in Kannada. The film also features Shehnaz Gill, Ram Charan, and Yo Yo Honey Singh in cameo appearances in songs Yentamma and Lets Dance Chotu Motu, respectively.
With the film’s earnings, an entry into the Rs. 100 Crore Club should take place with ease by Thursday itself. This would be a big deal, especially in the current box office scenario, and from there on, it would boil down to how fast does it pace towards the next big milestone of Rs. 150 crores.
The Farhad Samji directed film’s success was somewhat expected, considering the fantastic collections of more than Rs. 25 crores on both Saturday and Sunday. The film has been well accepted by the audience, and unless there is a rude shock tomorrow and day after (which shouldn’t be the case), the game would be set for the action drama to keep playing on for weeks in succession.
