You actor Penn Badgley, who has become famous as Joe Goldberg in Netflix’s hit series, has just poured Ramzan wishes on Twitter.
Many social media started to speculate if the You actor has converted to Islam due to a GQ and Maison Valentino photoshoot. A user shared a screenshot of a shoot, stating that he thought the Gossip Girl star had “converted to Islam”, capping their tweet off with a Ramazan wish for Badgley.

The Gossip Girl actor not only noticed the tweet but also responded to it and cleared the misunderstanding bu replying “You’re not too far off, I just finished fasting as a Bahá’í for our month of ‘Alá. Happy Fasting this Ramadan fam,” commented Badgley.
Meanwhile, You will return for the fifth and final season featuring Penn Badgley’s serial killer Joe Goldberg. There will also be a change behind the scenes, as showrunner Sera Gamble stepped down to focus on the other projects she has in development, to be replaced by veteran staff members Michael Foley and Justin W. Lo. There’s no word yet on when Season 5 will debut.
