Something ‘unexpected’ about to happen

Ambassador Dr. Jamil by Ambassador Dr. Jamil

The atmosphere of tension in Pakistan’s politics seems to be gradually intensifying, PTI’s determination to reach Islamabad in any case and on other hand, the determination of police and security agencies to maintain law and order in Islamabad. Our home minister is preparing his forces to fight the procession by twisting his mustaches, and in such a situation, avoiding the clash will not be less than a blessing.

Chairman PTI Imran Khan is adamant, he is not ready to talk about anything less than the election, Imran Khan showed flexibility and expressed that he is not against appointing any senior military officer as army chief, but the PDM government considers it their right and prerogative to appoint the new COAS.

Imran Khan’s narrative is getting stronger with every passing day, that “thieves have been imposed in the country and the handlers have to handle it themselves”. Keeping all these points in mind, it is not difficult to understand that something like this is going to happen. As a result, if the country sinks further into decline, perhaps history will not forgive us.

It is the wish of every person that our leaders and politicians sit together and show flexibility to find solutions to the problems and save the nation from getting stuck in the mire of degradation, but despite the wishes, the situation is changing and time is slipping away like sand.

It is a fact that the establishment has been directly or indirectly involved in the politics of Pakistan for the past several decades and are we now pushing the situation in the direction that those hands of the establishment will be active again.

In the current situation, the state and politics are facing each other, we have to stand with the state. If the leaders and politicians do not show wisdom, there will be no other way for the state institutions to stand up for the state and start crushing the negative forces with iron hands.

Our leaders may not realize the seriousness of the situation, there are more than 5 crore people in our country whose income is only 3 thousand rupees per month. A person who earns 100 rupees a day is now lying between life and death. The middle class is facing hardship due to inflation but only the game of politics is going on in the country.

It will not be out of place to call politics an industry in Pakistan, nowadays people come into the field of politics only to earn a profit, these people have little connection with the problems of the people. Apart from a few parties or people, it is impossible for middle-class or poor people to come into the field of politics, they are only used as scapegoats in politics.

In a state where the common and poor people are not represented, where millions of children cannot grow and die due to lack of food, where flood victims do not have blankets to avoid cold, and where people do not get medicine. It is necessary for the leaders of the nation to come together to solve the problems.

As a result of political deadlock, if anything happens, all hands will be joined, there will be no institutions, no aristocracy, no trade, no society, and the situation will reach such a level that no one will be left with anything.
