Police officers Nick (Alex Ferns of EastEnders and Chernobyl) and Ravi (Nikesh Patel of Starstruck) are pursuing a serial killer in the meantime. In addition, Gideon Shepherd, a secretive and enigmatic character played by Capaldi, has targeted Lucy and Isaac. But why, and for what reason?
