Bollywood’s famous filmaker Karan Johar has expressed that he is full of protective affection towards Ayan Mukerji’s sci-fi-spiritual fantasy movie and said that he is confident Brahmastra will be a game changer.
Karan Johar, who is also the producer of Brahmastra stands firmly by the director Ayan Mukerji. For Johar, Ayan has given seven years of his life to Brahmastra. “If he wanted, he could have made three or four films during that time,” he said.
According to Karan Johar, Ayan has lived and breathed and slept with Brahmastra. “It is unlike anything we’ve seen in cinema. In terms of budget vision and scale it is the biggest film I’ve made,” said Karan Johar.

He continued, “Ayan has not moved socially upwards at all. He is driving the same car that he used to seven years ago. He hasn’t moved into an upscale home either. He lives now where he lived when he came to become a director.”
Karan maintained, “I know the people in the industry are waiting to see what he has done. I know there are a lot of doubts surrounding the film. But I am confident Brahmastra will be a game changer.”
The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra: Part 1 Shiva will release theatrically on September 9th, 2022, in 5 Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
