Losing the throne

MM News Staff by MM News Staff

Reading Time: 3 mins read

After the no-confidence motion against my beloved PM in the National Assembly, there is a lot of political excitement in Pakistan these days. Everywhere you look, everyone seems to be claiming to remove my captain Imran Khan from the chair.

My captain has no interest in the chair and has openly announced in the past that if anyone chanted the slogan of ‘Go Imran Go’, he would go home immediately. What to do if our captain is handsome, keeps himself fit, strong for his age, the memory also fades away otherwise. There is no city left where you would not listen to slogans against the premier. Believe me, if my captain had a good memory, he would packed up himself.

It is just a matter of memory but people take everything so seriously even though he himself says that his wife reminds him  that he is the prime minister. I guess this is the reason he is performing poorly as a prime minister of the country. What to do now? Even the First Lady cannot be always with our captain to remind them he is the prime minister.

Those who are trying hard to remove my captain must remember he has no interest in the chair. This is same case with Nawaz Sharif, Pervez Musharraf, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Qazi Hussain Ahmed, Tahir-ul-Qadri, and PPP or otherwise, he is little interest in the chair.

While being perched on the contained , my captain said, “Oh Nawaz Sharif, is this your father’s money?” Did the prime minister not even come to Karachi to meet the MQM leaders to thwart mistrust at his own expense. It is only a matter of time before a person uses government resources.

As soon as no-trust motion came, my captain placed his hand on the head of the already worried MQM from the beginning of the government and opened some of the party’s offices. This means that MQM has been subjected to personal revenge, otherwise, why did my captain open their closed offices. He only took out a government helicopter to meet MQM with no purpose and allow them to reopen their closed offices with no favour in return.

I am not implying that my captain is afraid of letting go off the chair but then why he is meeting with the ‘biggest dacoits’ of Punjab.

My captain said few days ago that Chaudhry Shujaat was ill so he asked him about his health. It was not that they went to meet him for support but tell him that he would not give NRO.

Always remember that my captain has given up his motto of not giving NRO to some extent. Being friends with MQM, he should think that the Islamabad High Court has said that no matter how harsh the slogans may be, there can be no crime in any case. Does this mean they  will also give NRO to the MQM founder.

They made MQM of the past a  big issue and became allies of the biggest dacoits of Punjab. It means a little bit that they should also make friends with MQM. Yes, if they had any seats, maybe they would have been forgiven too.

Now what can a man say about a leader who does not know Urdu and stutter, even though he is young, his language never crosses the borders of countries. If there is any leader, he should be like my PM who can mock anyone within minutes no matter how big the event is. My captain introduced new trends in ethics in politics. We have seen people all over the world hitting the chairs at each other in the parliament. So what if my captain used inappropriate words from time to time?

It is possible that my captain will easily deal with the no-confidence motion like Benazir Bhutto and Shaukat Aziz in the past, but according to Maryam Nawaz, sometimes on the throne, sometimes on the floor, sometimes on their doorstep. where have we gone?
