Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar, who got hitched on February 19 after dating for almost four years, are ready to throw a lavish reception.
The couple walked down the aisle on Saturday with special vows at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s Khandala farmhouse. There are reports that Farhan and Shibani will host their wedding reception later this month.

According to reports, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar will be hosting a grand reception in Mumbai later this month. This will take place after they have registered their marriage in court.
Due to the Covid-19 protocols, their wedding was a private affair with only close friends and family in attendance.

The couple exchanged vows, instead of a traditional Marathi wedding ceremony or a nikah. Their wedding guest list included Meiyang Chang, Gaurav Kapoor, Samir Kochar, Monica Dogra, Ritesh Sidwani, Rhea Chakraborty, and Hrithik Roshan.
Civil marriage
The couple registered their civil marriage on Monday. Farhan and Shibani twinned in shades of gold and blush pink and simply looked stunning.
