CAPE TOWN: South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has been tested positive for the coronavirus, which the international community has expressed regret as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised his hand to pray for recovery.
In a message on his Twitter account, the Indian Prime Minister wished President Ramaphosa a speedy recovery.

Earlier, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa called for the immediate lifting of travel bans on the country after it was exposed to the Omicron variant.
The President of South Africa, while calling the sanctions unfair, said that the travel bans on our country are unjustified and have no scientific basis, it will only worsen the economic situation.
