ISLAMABAD: An application has been forwarded to the FIA for registration of a case against Dr. Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister.
The request was made by Hafiz Ehtesham Ahmed, General Secretary, Tehreek-e-Tahfaz-e-Namoos Rasalat, Pakistan and Central Spokesperson, Martyrs Foundation, to Deputy Director, FIA Cyber Crime, Islamabad.
Hafiz Ehtesham Ahmed has taken a stand in the petition that Dr. Shahbaz Gul in his tweet yesterday criticized the PML-N spokesperson and used insulting and ridiculous words about angels.
Dr. Shahbaz Gul’s tweet is insulting and ridiculous in the light of Qur’an and Hadith.
The petition seeks immediate action against Dr. Shahbaz Gul under the relevant provisions of the Penal Code of Pakistan and PECA.
