Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui, who recently made headlines for trying to touch the feet of Indian megastar Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has opened up about the real story behind his viral picture with Bollywood star Deepika Padukone.
Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui was invited to an interview where he talked about his meeting with Padukone. It all started a few days back when a picture of the Parey Hut Love actor with Deepika Padukone went viral on social media.
Both actors met in Dubai and posed for a picture together. However, as soon as the picture went viral, many social media users started speculating that the actors might be pairing up for a project but later on, the photo was deleted from different social media portals.
While clearing what actually happened, Munawar in an interview said, “You might have seen that picture on social media for just 20 minutes and after that, I got it removed from everywhere but obviously not from every single social media portal. But thanks to the journalists and my PR team who have helped me in removing that picture after my request.”

He further added that nothing really happened, it was just a casual human interaction and they were together at a dinner for two to three hours. “There is nothing like a project that we are doing together. Somehow the picture got leaked from there that I didn’t want at all because it could be problematic for her and me as well,” Munawar maintained.
Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui was last seen in the drama serial ‘Pehli Si Muhabbat’, a 2021 love story, with Maya Ali. Both actors have worked together in the movie ‘Parey Hut Love’ as well.
