ISLAMABAD: Zahir Jaffer, the main accused in the murder case of Noor Muqadam, has been produced in the court while the court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 23.
According to details, all the accused in the Noor Muqadam murder case, including Zahir Jaffer, were summoned on September 23 in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad. The court said that copies of the challan would be distributed after the attendance of all the accused at the next hearing.
Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani heard the Noor Muqadam murder case. Zahir Jaffer appeared before the court along with his parents and three other accused. The judge also ordered the six accused of therapy works to appear in the next hearing.
Lawyer Raja Rizwan Abbasi requested that six accused of therapy works are on bail, the court can summon them by giving notice. The Additional Sessions Judge said that the remaining accused were being called for the next hearing.
The judge remarked that copies of the challan would be distributed when all the accused were present. Raja Rizwan Abbasi said that these cameras want to apply for a hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 23.
It may be recalled that the Noor Muqadam case was not forgotten despite the passage of many days, other cases including Usman Mirza and Osama Satti began to be forgotten with time, but the Noor Muqadam murder case had a very bad effect on society.
