ISLAMABAD: A man allegedly killed his son over a domestic dispute at the district of Mianwali, Kundian Road, Punjab.
According to details, there was some domestic dispute on which the accused and his 20 years old son Muhammad Khaliq started quarreling. During the dispute, the accused killed his son by hitting him on the head with an iron rod. As a result, Khaliq died on the spot.
The victim’s sister, Saba, claimed that a few days later when she visited her house, her other siblings started beating and abused her. She further said that a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered in which section 302 was not included and the accused has not been arrested yet.
The victim’s sister has appealed to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar to take action against the accused and included section 302 of murder in the FIR.

Earlier, a man was allegedly poisoned to death by his wife in Rahim Yar Khan’s Liaqatpur District. The sister of the victim said that last month, a man named Muhammad Ajmal informed her on the phone that her brother Munir Ahmed had been killed and his body was lying in a nearby field.
The deceased’s sister alleged that her brother was poisoned to death by his wife Ghulam Fatima for marrying another man.
