WASHINGTON: The coronavirus pandemic has reported more than 27 million cases worldwide and up to 893,000 deaths.
The number of coronavirus infection cases across the world has surged to 27,300,480 and the pandemic has so far claimed over 893,120 lives. So far, 19,372,564 have been cured in the world and at present, the number of active cases is 7,034,796.
The number of people infected with a coronavirus in the United States has risen to 6,460,421 and there have been 193,253 deaths. The number of coronavirus patients in India is increasing rapidly and now India has reached the second position in the list of countries infected with the coronavirus. The number of people infected with coronavirus in India has exceeded 4.2 million.

Brazil is the third most affected country by the coronavirus, with more than 4,137,000 cases and 126,686 deaths. Russia ranks fourth among countries infected with the coronavirus, with more than 1,025,000 people infected with the coronavirus and a total death toll of 17,820.
In Peru, more than 689,000 people have been affected, while 29,838 people have lost their lives. In Colombia, 21,412 deaths have been reported from the coronavirus, while more than 666,000 cases have been reported.
The death toll from the coronavirus in South Africa has risen to 14,889, with more than 638,000 people affected. More than 634,000 people have been affected and 67,558 have died in Mexico.
