ISLAMABAD: A lawyer has lodged a bogus case against an 80-year-old elderly woman and her two daughters, and also attacked her house and injured her daughters.
According to details, a lawyer named Nusrat along with his brother Tahir and sister Sajida lodged a bogus First Information Report (FIR) at Noon Police Station in Islamabad against the elderly woman and her daughters.
The police dismissed the bogus case as no evidence was found against them. This prompted the lawyer along with his brother and sister to attack the elderly woman’s house.
The woman’s younger daughter was attacked by iron rods and was severely injured in the incident. However, the Noon Police Station has not lodged a case or taken any action despite the passage of nine days.
The victim has appealed to Inspector General Police to take action against SHO Noon Police Station and other police officers and provide them justice.
