CHAKWAL: A woman was allegedly raped by a doctor for the past four years in Chakwal with the ordeal being filmed, according to the victim.
According to details, the victim has filed an application to City Chakwal police station two months ago. However, due to the influence of the accused doctor, named Khalid Azadar, the police have not taken any action yet.
She further said that Dr. Khalid once forcibly raped her and also filmed the ordeal. “He started blackmailing me due to the videos and pictures he contains,” the victim added.
She also said that the police were not registering the case due to a doctor’s influence in the city. The victim also accused Dr. Khalid’s wife of abusing her in front of police officers.
“Dr. Khalid Azadar had also threatened me and my family to suppress the matter. He also sometimes broke into my house and tortures me badly,” she claimed.
The victim also informed that the district police have now registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Dr. Khalid. However, she said that the police were not taking any action against the accused.
She has appeal to DPO Chakwal, IG Punjab, and Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar to take notice of the issue and arrest the accused.
