RAWALPINDI: A married woman had been allegedly raped by a faith-healer, but the supposedly reformed federal Police have not registered the case yet despite the complaint.
According to details, the victim has filed an application in the area’s magistrate through the help of her lawyer Saleem Cheema. After this, the medical test of the victim was done.
The woman has also accused his daughter and son-in-law of helping the faith-healer, Baba Allah Dutta. “My daughter and the son-in-law want to give illegal benefits to the accused for which both of them have filed a false application in the police station.”
According to the application, Nargis Javed was married to Baba Allah Dutta. In this regard, the woman has demanded a marriage certificate.
Earlier on June 13, Nargis Javed has alleged that she was raped by a faith-healer in the limits of Waris Khan police station Rawalpindi.
The woman further said that she went to the suspect’s outhouse near Haroon Chowk Rawalpindi as per routine after which the suspect subjected her to sexual assault on gunpoint.
The victim also alleged that the accused and his accomplices threatened dire consequences if she raised a complaint against faith-healer.
