RAWALPINDI: A man has allegedly raped a 15-month-old girl in a district of Hasilpur today (Friday), according to the police.
According to details, the girl has been sifted to Bahawalpur Hospital in a critical condition. The father of the victim Nadia Bibi has claimed that a person named – Jaffar Hussain – has raped his daughter.
The father further claimed that the accused Jaffar Hussain fled away from the spot after people entered the house. He also said that he and his wife took the daughter to Hasilpur hospital.
“The officials at the Hasilpur Hospital referred us to Bahawalpur Civil Hospital,” he added. The medical report has confirmed the abuse.
The father also informed that after the medical report, the police have registered a case and have also arrested the accused. “However we are being pressured for reconciliation,” he added.
The father also urged the law enforcement agencies to provide justice to them and take stern actions against the accused.
