LARKANA: A gang of four unknown armed robbers plundered a house in a village Sindh Green Colony located within the limits of Mahotta police station near Larkana.
According to sources, the house owner, Fayaz Khoso, a carpenter by profession, told that the four armed robbers entered his house and took away with valuables, including over Rs 100000 cash, a bike, five mobile sets, a TV, a dinner set, a and solar panel.
Khoso appealed to Cheif Minister Sindh, Inspector General of Police Sindh, DIGP and SSP Larkana to take notice of the burglary, arrest accused and recover the looted valuables as he was a very poor person.
On the other hand, Mahotta police said that they had received information about the burglary, obtained the details and soon the entire material would be recovered.
Meanwhile, expressing concern over the bad state of law and order situation in district Larkana, the Federation of Trade Associations had called for a protest in Larkana on Friday.
It is pertinent to mention here that crime in the home district of martyred Bhutto leaders was rising day by day regardless of tall claims by officials.
There is dire need to take effective and efficient measures to control the crimes which are raging in the Larkana district.
