RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Chief Prosecutor Raja Inam on Wednesday said that the evidence against former Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah will be presented at the right time.
ANF Chief Prosecutor Raja Inam in a press conference at ANF office Rawalpindi stated that a case was registered against Sanaullah on 1st July 2019. He said that the ANF had produced a challan in the court on July 23.
Earlier, the LHC granted post-arrest bail to the former provincial minister in a 15-kg drug recovery case, registered by the ANF police.
ANF Chief further said that the department had been provided witnesses, evidence, and the chemical examiner’s reports provided to the LHC. He said that inkling was being created about the ANF to delay the proceedings of the case.
He said it is up to the accused to prove him innocent. “We will disclose evidence against Sanaullah at the right time, he added.
